Arjun Whabi

As the Director of the Real Estate Division of Whabi Holdings, Arjun Whabi B.Sc in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management is the driving force behind our success. With a profound understanding of the real estate, he has a proven track record in the real estate industry.

Key Achievements

•  Sourcing and Acquiring Non-performing real estate assets via auction and distressed sales  across UAE and India which are generating NET rental income of  12-15%.

•   Negotiating and arranging bank financing at competitive rates  for all UAE assets  (off-plan and under construction projects)

•   Negotiated and closed transactions with attractive terms with leading retailers like Titan Industries, HDFC Bank, Bluemart supermarkets, and many other leading retailers.

•   Converting Whabi Holdings's  low-revenue generating residential assets in India to high-revenue generating commercial assets.

Niranjan Whabi

As the Director of the Hospitality Division of Whabi Holdings, Niranjan Whabi B.S.c( International Hospitality Management) at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, Dubai oversees the seamless execution of our Hospitality Operations, ensuring that our properties exceed industry standards. His meticulous attention to detail and strategic planning contribute to the flawless delivery of exceptional services and experiences to our valued clients and guests.

 

Key Achievements

•   Expansion, rebranding & renovation of our Hotels - Astoria Hotel and Ambassador Hotel to Grand Astoria and Grand Ambasasador.  Maximized revenue by renovating rooms, expanding structures in utilised FAR and converting dead space within the Hotels to revenue generating departments.

•   Sourced, acquired and negotiated with key players for the the leasing of F&B outlets within the Hotels.

•   Managing the inhouse F&B Department, and launched Le Blanc Hospitality in Dubai a leading luxury catering company 

•   Has worked with several multinational companies such as Hyatt and Armani Hotels and events such as F1 Abu Dhabi.

 

Upcoming Projects:

•   A luxury residential real-estate development in Mumbai across the beach.

•   A Five-Star Branded Hotel featuring 100 cottages in the spiritual hub of Vrindavan, Mathura, UP, spanning 11 acres. This project aims to elevate and promote the religious tourism sector in Uttar Pradesh, reflecting our commitment to holistic community development. (work in progress)
